After boarding at your hotel or meeting point you will be taken to Búzios for a wonderful ride on a boat with a waterslide, children's pool and tables, with swimming stops at several famous beaches — followed by a wonderful all-you-can-eat buffet lunch, and finally the return to your departure point. Boarding on the schooner takes place in Búzios.

Rainy days
Tours run even on rainy or bad-weather days, since most travelers have only one chance to visit the attractions they want. Scheduled tours are only cancelled if the weather poses an imminent risk or in other cases of force majeure.
Cancellation
Cancelling on the day before the tour does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, as we reserve our guests' seats exclusively. Cancellation requests must be made during the company's business hours; requests outside business hours cannot be considered.
No show
Failing to show up at boarding is considered a no show and does not entitle you to a refund, since once booked the seats are exclusively guaranteed.
Date change (rescheduling)
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice is subject to a fee of R$ 25.00 per person per tour. If the new date you choose is not available, we will not be able to make the change or refund the amount already paid.
Refunds
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, minus administrative/service fees according to the payment method. If Turistando RJ cancels the tour, an alternative date or a refund of the contracted service will be offered. Cancelling within 48 hours of making the booking guarantees a 50% refund of the amount paid. Refund timing follows the company's financial calendar.
