RAINY DAYS
We are always available to our customers because most tourists do not have another opportunity to visit the desired tourist attractions, so we do not cancel scheduled tours due to bad weather or rainy days, except if there is an imminent risk or any other case of force majeure.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation on the day before the tour does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. We reserve places for our tourists exclusively.
Cancellation requests must be made within the company's opening hours, outside of opening hours we will not be able to consider requests.
NO SHOW – (DO NOT ATTEND THE TOUR)
Failure to appear for boarding is considered a NO SHOW without refund of amounts. After the tour is booked, we guarantee the places of our tourists exclusively.
DATE CHANGE – (RESCHEDULING)
In case of rescheduling with a period of less than 48 hours, it is necessary to pay a fee of R$25.00 per person for each tour. If the date chosen by the customer is not available, we will not be able to make the change or refund the amount already paid.
RETURN
In case of refund of amounts, payment will be made by the same payment processor through which the payment was made.
In case of return, administrative/service fees will be deducted according to the payment method used.
In case of cancellation by Turistando RJ, an alternative date for the activity will be offered or the amount of the contracted service will be refunded.
Cancellation 48 hours after making the reservation guarantees a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
The return deadline will be in accordance with the company's financial calendar.

Boarding takes place between 06:00 and 09:40 for morning tours and from 12:30 to 14:00 for afternoon tours. The time varies according to the type of tour and the location of your Hotel or Meeting Point.
We pick you up at your hotel or meeting point and drop you off at the same pick-up location. We pick you up at the main hotels in Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Leme, Botafogo, Aterro do Flamengo, downtown Rio de Janeiro and Barra da Tijuca (Hotels on Av. Lúcio Costa from no. 9,600 downwards).
We always try to be as punctual as possible. Traffic conditions and the punctuality of tourists influence the scheduled boarding time. These possible variations may be before or after the scheduled boarding time, so please arrive 10 minutes before the time informed at your boarding location.
We provide a buffet lunch during the tour. The lunch included is in accordance with the description of the tour you booked. Please read the description carefully to find out everything we have available for you.
We will wait for 5 minutes in case the tour guide manages to contact you, if you think you will be late, please contact us in advance to arrange another boarding beforehand or to check the possibility of arranging a new meeting point.

Boarding times may vary due to traffic conditions, punctuality at boarding locations and the number of people taking the tour on the day.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, sunglasses and sunscreen for sunny days and warm clothing for days with lower temperatures.
We use vans, buses and 7 to 4-seater cars with air conditioning and legalized for tourist activities, the larger vehicles are used for high-demand tours and the smaller ones for less frequent tours to facilitate the logistics and comfort of your tour.
We carry out tours even on rainy days, except if the weather conditions pose a risk to life, as some people only have one opportunity to visit the desired attractions.
