Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are considered a NO SHOW and will not be refunded. Once the tour is booked, we guarantee exclusive access to the space for our tourists.
The cancellation request must be made through the same method used to make the reservation.

Pick-up takes place between 6:00 AM and 9:40 AM for morning tours and between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM for afternoon tours; the schedule varies depending on the type of tour and the location of your hotel or meeting point.
We pick you up at your hotel or meeting point and drop you back off at the same pick-up location. We pick up from the main hotels in Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana, Leme, Botafogo, Aterro do Flamengo, downtown Rio de Janeiro and Barra da Tijuca (Hotels on Av. Lúcio Costa from number 9,600 downwards).
We always strive to be as punctual as possible; however, traffic conditions and the punctuality of tourists influence the scheduled boarding time. These possible variations may occur before or after the scheduled boarding time, so please arrive 10 minutes before the time indicated at your boarding location.
We offer an all-you-can-eat buffet lunch during the tour. The included lunch is as described in the tour package you booked; please read the description carefully to see everything we have available for you.
We will wait 5 minutes in case the tour guide manages to contact you. If you think you will be late, please contact us in advance so we can arrange another pick-up earlier or check the possibility of setting a new meeting point.

We use vans, buses, and cars with 7 to 4 seats, all legally registered for tourist activities. Larger vehicles are used for high-demand tours, while smaller ones are used for less frequent tours to facilitate logistics and ensure your comfort.
We conduct tours even on rainy days, except if the weather conditions pose a risk to life, as some people only have one opportunity to see the attractions they desire.
