We are always available to our customers because most tourists do not have another opportunity to visit the desired tourist attractions, so we do not cancel scheduled tours due to bad weather or rainy days, except if there is an imminent risk or any other case of force majeure.
Cancellation on the day before the tour does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. We reserve places for our tourists exclusively.
Cancellation requests must be made within the company's opening hours, outside of opening hours we will not be able to consider requests.
Failure to appear for boarding is considered a NO SHOW without refund of amounts. After the tour is booked, we guarantee the places of our tourists exclusively.
In case of rescheduling with a period of less than 48 hours, it is necessary to pay a fee of R$25.00 per person for each tour. If the date chosen by the customer is not available, we will not be able to make the change or refund the amount already paid.
In case of refund of amounts, payment will be made by the same payment processor through which the payment was made.
In case of return, administrative/service fees will be deducted according to the payment method used.
In case of cancellation by Turistando RJ, an alternative date for the activity will be offered or the amount of the contracted service will be refunded.
Cancellation 48 hours after making the reservation guarantees a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
The return deadline will be in accordance with the company's financial calendar.
